Award Marketing has adopted a Code of Ethics
which requires of its Manager, employees and consultants, in the course of working for Award Marketing or its clients, in contractual or consultative roles, the following duties:
 
  • To act honestly, fairly and without prejudice with clients in all commercial dealings and to conduct business with professional courtesy and integrity;
 
  • To promote a safe, healthy and efficient work environment;
 
  • To comply with all laws, regulations and any applicable industry awards;
 
  • Not to knowingly make any misleading statements to any person or to be a party to any improper practice in relation to dealings with or by the business,     'Award Marketing';
 
  • To ensure that Award Marketing's resources and property are used properly;
 
  • Not to disclose information, documents or images, relating to the Business or its business, other than as required by law; not to make any improper public comment on the Business's affairs and not to misuse any information about the Business or its associates, consultants or contractors; and
 
  • To ensure there is a clear communication process for material items of concern between employees, consultants, contractors and the owner and management team of Award Marketing.
 
  • Breaches of the above foresaid, may result in internal discipline, cessation of existing contract(s) to Award Marketing, commercial and /or legal action taken against the offender.
