Louise (Legal) reports that this exhibiton event was tastefully hosted in lovely Roleystone and the artwork, very creative!
The self portrait presented to the venue host, was 'amazingly alike', in character.
Well done Alyssa, you're appreciated.
The Breakfast with Andrew Forrest, sponsored by Christians in the Marketplace, was an encouragement by Andrew Forrest to seek God's will in making business decisions and spiritual guidance for Christian living. The event was hosted by 6PR Personality, Graham Maybury. Barry Court and Minister Margaret Court opened the event with a warm welcome. I had the pleasure of being on the table of Global Capacity Solutions, an active sponsor of Indigenous employment in Australia, particularly in the Pilbara region.
Congratulations to Danny Green on your second round TKO, victory!

A quality Expo, attended by PA Amanda and myself. We were both impressed by the scale of some the displays and suppliers!
Careline Annual Christmas Dinner - Unable to attend due to pressing work project deadline. - 'Wish I was there'!
*Donate to Sonshine FM to keep the Sonshine FM Careline going which helps 1000's of people in need every year!
BizFit-Extend -An informative two days of business segmnents needed to run your business effectively. Highly recommended in light of the quality of the speakers who are subject matter experts in their fields. The Centre for Entrepreneurship's caterer's were welcoming and provided quality tea and lunch meals for particpants. The networking opportunities were numerous and valued.
WAMEX Mining Expo - Great Mining Expo for WA business. However, the number of exibitors was limited and the set up of the exhibition stalls, was cold! The exhibition was targeted for suppliers to the mining industry which is a
significant industry in Western Australia. Thankfully the lovely Redi-Med consultants breathed some personality and warmth into this man's world by impressing with their polished customer service skills. More exhibitors would have enhanced the atmosphere!
The Myer Shopping Event - Firstly, it was disappointing that the Fashion Parade was cancelled at the last minute. However, the Frontline Recruitment warmth in which you were greeted at the Pinnacles restaurant registration point, with tasteful finger food and flutes of champagne, soon eraded any no-show. The warm fuzzies flowed as I shopped freely, 4 floors of Myer City style with about 40 people only allowed being a closed shop - invite only.
The Brew SB Expo - The expo mix of B2B exhibitors and business development seminars was successful in
delivering awareness of products and services available to
small business and the SEO (Search Engine Optimsation) seminar was informative. The venue was tasteful and functional - the exhibitors were professionl and keen to please!
Biz Fit 3- Excellent Forum, though a repeat of BizFit at CCI, information was compounded to memory and more clearly understood - Be resilient during this GFC and the rewards will come June 2010! It was good to later metwork & dine with SBDC (Small Business Development Corporation) managers, John, Bruce and Genevieve.
Melbourne Cup- Unable to attend function due to a family illness. Watched the Melbourne Cup later from home office, volume loud and cheered frantically for my horse to win (just for fun). Congratulations to 'Shocking' on the win!
Kwinana Festival - A truly family event that embraces families meeting together for fun and knowledge of what's happening in the area, as a community! Good to see large corporates giving back to the community by sponsoring some exhibits and rides. Met some lovely down to earth, local exhibitors and it was great to see the Youth being catered for around the Skate Park, live band and educational exhibits
on drug awareness. The skaters and band were going off! Highlight: RossVegas BizCircus act!
'The Biz Fit 1 Forum - at the Chamber of Commerce & Industry was tasefully catered for with an array of pastries, poached eggs on French toast and rich coffee. The highlight for me was CCI's CEO opening speach on Business Resilience and Martin Winter's presentation on Marketing For Small Business. He gave a firm encouragement to remain resilient in this recovering economy without selling out your product soul or margins! The Forum presented some good networking opportunities with the Small Busines Development Staff and
other business owners.'
This Is It - The Movie, One word- WoW!
Photo Shoot - 'Enjoyed the challenge of posing for
corporate photo's and a couple of evening wear / suit pics. Not
as easy as it looks! Had a laugh and highly recommend the professional photography talent of Naureen Taylor'.

UNO & Scrabble.Competition was very competitive yet warm and friendly. Enjoyed the fellowship'.
NBC Fellowship Meetings - 'A truly refreshing meeting to be encouraged in my faith and to reacquaint myself with brothers and sisters in the Lord from past fellowships. I really enjoyed the music specials and bold preaching'!
Channel 7 Telethon - 'A wonderful charity event to raise funds for the Princess Margaret's Children Hospital. Highlights: Listening to Dr Fiona Stanley on the panel and the smiles of the children on the free rides at Telethon Kids Carnival pavilion'.
Cafe Innova - 'Connoisseur Vending Promotion at the
Royal Show proved to be more fun than fruitful, despite patches of inclement weather. Met some wonderful exhibitors.Everyone was having too much fun!' See the pic's on the Slide Show page.

every month.'
OP Shop Fancy Dress - 'Event was low key due to weather, although a success in that it was enjoyed by all. I enjoyed dressing up and wearing my Michael Jackson hat. If Only I could moonwalk like him, lol'.
